This scrumptious scratch made Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie bursts with the rich flavors.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Pecans, Kentucky Bourbon, Sea Salt.

Classic Pecan Pie Preparations

Pie Crust Recipe
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oz. unsalted butter cut into small pieces
3-4 tbsp. cold water

In a food processor or bowl with pastry blender, add flour, salt and butter, pulse or mix until coarse meal consistency. Add 3 - 4 tbsp. cold water and pulse or mix until dough forms a ball. Roll out dough and place in pie dish, and crimp edges. Refrigerate until ready to filll. You can also use a premade, unbaked pie shell.

Remove lid from Pecan Pie and microwave for 1 minutes (for ease of removal from jar). In a mixing bowl beat 5 large eggs and 5 tbsp. melted butter and mix thoroughly. Empty jar into egg/butter mixture and mix until full incorporated. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350 degree over for 50-60 minutes on the lowest rack.

Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.
